Background

This document seeks formal approval from the GM IT for granting a password change exemption to identified SAP Fiori users.

These users do not access the SAP GUI; instead, they log in exclusively through the SAP Fiori interface, where authentication is enforced via Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

Request

Approval is requested to exempt the identified Fiori users from the standard SAP password change policy, allowing them to continue accessing business systems without disruption.
