Fresh Service Mobile App Installation Guide
Step 1:
Go to your Google Play store and search for “Freshservice” and click on the install button.
After the installation is complete, open the app.
Step 2:
Press the “Skip” button to proceed forward.
Step 3:
Enter the URL: support.tapaltea.com as shown and then click “Next”.
Step 4:
Select the relevant Google ID and you will automatically be logged in.
Step 5:
Click on “Allow” to proceed further.
Step 6:
You are now on the homepage, click on the button highlighted below to start reporting any issues you may face.
Step 7:
Click on the “Report Issue” button.
Step 8:
Fill out the boxes with the relevant details and then click “Done” below to log your complaint or issue.
Step 9:
You can check the status of your ticket on the homepage of the app. You will receive a response within 24 hours.
